Payment Security
The Littler's Online Store currently uses Paypal's payment system to ensure your card details are safe. Paypal have been selected because they are "the Global Leader in Online Payments". You do not need a Paypal Account. We do not store any card details on this site, payment details are entered directly into Paypal secure pages with in this site. This is to enable you to feel relaxed and confident with this process. The card information is encrypted as soon as it is entered into Paypal's payment system. Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Electron, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo are accepted.
Privacy
Your privacy is incredibly important to us. The only information we ask for is to process your order. The kind of thing we will need is Name, Address, Telephone Number etc. This information will be stored on the site and kept as securely as possible. Your information will not be given to other companies unless they are involved in processing your order, for example, delivery or financial company.
Pricing
Prices listed on the site include VAT (17.5% changing to 20% 4/1/11) UK tax but do not include delivery costs. UK delivery costs are added at the check out. Interntional delivery costs are not, you need to select the delivery for your destination. For International Deliveries select the correct delivery rate on the International Deliveries page and click to add this to your basket. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices listed are accurate if there is an error in a listed price we will contact you to confirm any change in the price, or if you wish to cancel the order. All prices are in British Sterling. If you are placing an order from a non-sterling account your credit/debit card company will exchange the currency to sterling at their exchange rate.
Ordering
We currently have an order limit of no more than 3 items each order.
Your order is registered and once the payment has been approved. Your order will then be confirmed as accepted by email as soon as possible.

We expect orders to be delivered with in 2-5 days. During very busy or exceptional circumstances this may take longer. If this were to arise we will keep you informed.

Delivery
For security reasons Littler's Online Store does not deliver orders to PO Boxes or Hotels. We recommend delivery to a home address or place of work. Deliveries need to be signed for. Each item is insured until delivered, once delivered and signed for the item is yours and no longer insured by us.
Returns
Littler's Online Store provides a returns service for items bought through the littlers.com Online Store website up to 7 working days after the delivery of the item. Items must be returned as sent, unworn, with all the original packaging, tags, and any instructions in perfect condition. You will need to obtain an Authorised Item Returns number (AIR) from us. No goods will be accepted with out an Authorised Item Returns number and returned to sender. We recommend items are sent fully insured, registered post. We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
The purchasers account will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item, this the account the original item was purchased from. Items and packaging returned incomplete, used, spoilt or damaged in non-saleable condition will not be refunded. Original delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is proved faulty. We advise checking items thoroughly before disposing of packaging or removing tags.
