Founder David Hayes comes from a British family with a background in textiles. Studying Fashion Design at University, furthering his training in the Italian fashion and textiles industry in Reggio Emilia and Prato, Florence.
Working as a designer in Italy before moving to Paris, where David Hayes worked as a designer at the highest level, with prestigious fashion designers.
Setting up Littler's at the age of 28 as a contemporary luxury goods house specialising in knit and jersey in 2004. David Hayes is very much hands on as Managing Director, Creative Director, Designer and owner involved in every aspect, conscientious, building the company on his experiences, with persistence, resilience and hard work. Continuing his belief and passion for designing and developing unique products in the Littler's studio/workshop.
